SELF-SERENITY

      The social media has been a wonderful source to humans, making life a little different and easy but very "INFLUENCIAL",
which at times can bring about Depression, Anxiety, Low self esteem or Low self worth, Degrading one's abilities and skills to most individuals.
  Life throws alot at us, but remember that not everyone's situation is the same, just as person's have different shoe sizes, we are all "DIFFERENT", "SPECIAL" and "IMPERFECT".
   The social media portrays beautiful talented people who are extremely skilled and more, but it can on the other hand cause certain individuals to wish their skills where as perfect as theirs, which leads to depression, low self worth and degrading their skills and abilities. To most extreme it can lead to OVERTHINKING, BRAIN DAMAGE, CHRONIC HEADACHE, SICKNESS and even "SUICIDAL THOUGHTS" , that's how serious it can get and anyone can fall a victim of this but
 HOW CAN YOU GAIN SELF SERENITY??

First, remember that not everything is perfect and even if it is, then it requires much needed effort and persistent.
     Most importantly, TAKING A BREAK from social media can do you much good that you can imagine. "ITS LIKE BEING FILLED WITH SO MUCH SERENITY AMIDST THE BUSTLING STREET".  Beautiful isn't it? Though it doesn't end all problems but at least it makes you "UNTROUBLED" , restful with calmness , peace, self love and self improvement at your own PACE.
  Remember, it's better to know little than not knowing at all. Appreciate the little skill you Learnt, Have and Know and if you need room for more improvement then go for it, but if you continue to spend more time watching the perfect side of skills, you'll be RESTLESS.
   People's life are different, and most times we wish to be like them, and it can cause depression and more. We might be led into the wrong direction if we chase blindly after the wind.
    APPRECIATE what you have, you never know if others are even wishing to have what you have. Taking a break from social media can leave room for more self love, thankfulness and improvement. 
  Social media isn't going to go away, and sometimes we will want to peek at new things, that's fine but to prevent depression and those other things, you can make few changes in your settings by choosing good sites that can help you improve and make you feel good and happy but at the same time also try to appreciate people's skills, that will help too.
  SELF SERENITY IS BEING AT PEACE WITH OURSELVES AND IT'S VERY IMPORTANT FOR OUR OVERALL HEALTH AND WELLBEING.
