SELF-SERENITY

      The social media has been a wonderful source to humans, making life a little different and easy but very "INFLUENCIAL", which at times can bring about Depression, Anxiety, Low self esteem or Low self worth, Degrading one's abilities and skills to most individuals.   Life throws alot at us, but remember that not everyone's situation is the same, just as person's have different shoe sizes, we are all "DIFFERENT", "SPECIAL" and "IMPERFECT".    The social media portrays beautiful talented people who are extremely skilled and more, but it can on the other hand cause certain individuals to wish their skills where as perfect as theirs, which leads to depression, low self worth and degrading their skills and abilities. To most extreme it can lead to OVERTHINKING, BRAIN DAMAGE, CHRONIC HEADACHE, SICKNESS and even "SUICIDAL THOUGHTS" , that's how serious it can get and anyone can fall a victim of this but  HOW CAN YOU GAIN S

KITCHEN COMPROMISE

       Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you have to accept something slightly different from what you really want, mostly because of circumstances?    It also happens in a kitchen and I call it "Kitchen Compromise" . And honestly am as well very experienced 😁.    Even the littlest circumstances could make us compromise,     Such as: Using oil instead of butter, Baking with a stove instead of oven, No paprika, white pepper, basil, Oregano, but still cooking using the basic and regular seasonings, Rubbing pan with butter and dusting with flour instead of baking paper, Using a manual hand whisk instead of an electric whisker, Using a table spoon instead of ladle, Using pot to boil water instead of kettle, Using a bottle as rolling pin, Cooking short grain rice instead of long grain rice, And the list goes on and on, it never ends. This are all kitchen flaws, but the flaws still works perfectly well, cause they'll alternatives.    Remember
