ARE YOU AN ENTREPRENEUR?

Why the question?
I know you're wondering!!!!
        Well it's because I'll love to know how you, an entrepreneur attract and keep your CUSTOMERS. In a business, customers are our top "priority" and it's because they make up both small and large scale businesses. 
       "CUSTOMERS" can be compared to "STUDENTS". Students do not own a school, but their impact determines a school's functionality. They are the pillar of the educational system and as such are a priority.
       "A BUSINESS" can be compared to a ladies make-up kit or small make-up purse. Truely, it can be small or big, with complete or incomplete make-up tools,it can contain cheap or expensive tools and products, but regardless it is still known as a make-up kit.
So it doesn't matter what type of business you do, but how you attract and keep your CUSTOMERS matter. Let me tell you how I do mine.....
   First off, I enjoy being in contact with my customers, so when customers approach me I :-take note " HEART-WARMINGLY SMILE" . This foremost, gives an opportunity for an "APPROACH" . It's your first attraction , it is a seed to planting a comfortable atmosphere. Infact it is also the invisible water that waters the growth of a conversation till it yields a fruitful harvest or note:- A HAPPY RETURNEE. 
Despite your welcoming atmosphere, Its OK if the customer didn't make a purchase perhaps due to price bargain, but if such customer comes to buy from you some other time then it means such customer was impacted by your welcoming attitude despite this inclusive factors- small stall, low packaging quality and low quality products. ARE YOU SURPRISED?
       I also make HONESTY, Not an inclusive attribute but overall a mandatory attribute in business. You'll see how honesty queue's up customers in a business. For example.. if a kg of any type of sea food is 4kg , don't say it's 5kg just so customers can buy. If they find out it's 4kg compared to the price they purchased it , you'll lose this dear customers. 
  It's more like transparency. This way you'll keep your customers.
    It's not surprising that this simple steps, are nails to keeping a business firm. Yes, there are more to help maintain a built business, and I want to hear the opinions of our able entrepreneurs on professional steps to attracting and keeping CUSTOMERS in our business world.
    In conclusion I encourage our upcoming, new and experienced entrepreneurs to keep as a reminder this impacting little FORMULA in attracting and keeping customers:-
                         AC = HWS
                         KC = H
 total Infinite customers
                       HWS + H = IC
